Endo-Fibre Lift Aftercare
Immediate Aftercare (First 24-48 Hours)
Rest and Recovery
Avoid strenuous activities or heavy exercise for at least 24-48 hours to prevent excessive swelling or bruising.
Cold Compress
If swelling or mild discomfort occurs, apply a cold compress (wrapped in a cloth) to the treated areas for 10-15 minutes every few hours.
Gentle Cleansing
Use a mild, non-abrasive cleanser to gently clean the skin in the treated area. Avoid scrubbing or exfoliating.
Avoid Touching or Scratching
Do not pick, rub, or scratch the treatment area to prevent irritation or infection.
Skin Protection (First Week)
Sun Protection
Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 7-10 days.
Apply a high SPF sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily to protect the skin and prevent hyperpigmentation.
Avoid Heat Exposure
Refrain from saunas, hot baths, or any heat-related treatments for at least 7 days, as heat can exacerbate swelling and slow healing.
Hydrate and Moisturise
Keep the skin hydrated by using a recommended moisturizer.
Drink plenty of water to support skin healing and collagen production.
Avoid any active ingredients in skincare (e.g. retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C)

Long-Term Care
Collagen-Boosting Skincare
After the initial healing phase, consider using products that promote collagen production (e.g., peptides, hyaluronic acid, or growth factors), as recommended by your practitioner.
Maintenance Treatments
EndoLift results can improve over time as collagen builds. Maintenance sessions may be recommended every 12-18 months for optimal results.
