Skin Boosters Aftercare

Aftercare following a polynucleotides (PN) treatment is crucial to maximise the benefits of the therapy and minimise any potential side effects.
Here are some general aftercare tips that are commonly recommended:

Avoid Touching the Treated Area: Try not to touch, rub, or apply pressure to the treated areas for at least 6 hours after the treatment to prevent spreading the product to other areas.

Stay Out of the Sun: Avoid direct sunlight and UV exposure for at least a week after treatment. UV rays can cause irritation and diminish the effects of the treatment.

Skip the Makeup: It’s advisable to avoid makeup on the treated area for at least 24 hours to prevent infection and allow the skin to heal.

Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water can help your skin recover and enhance the hydrating effect of the treatment.

Avoid Heat Exposure: For the first 48 hours post-treatment, avoid activities that can lead to excessive heat, such as saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, or intense exercise.

Use Gentle Skincare Products: Use mild and non-irritating skincare products. Avoid products containing alcohol, retinoids, or exfoliating agents until the skin has fully healed.
